Important information about our upcoming Annual General Meeting (Vestry).

The meeting will be held Sunday, February 28, 2021, at 11:45am. The materials attached include: meeting agenda; the annual reports; appointments and nominations; financials for 2020; detailed budget for 2021; and budget overview (“narrative budget”) page.
Due to Covid we cannot meet in person; therefore, the meeting will be held by Zoom. (There will be telephone access for those who do not have internet access; these instructions have been mailed to our phone-using members.) All parishes in the diocese are holding their AGM meetings this way for 2021. The Zoom link is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86148883601. This is not the same link as for the morning service, in order that signing into this link constitutes the official record of who attends the AGM.
The Covid-19 pandemic continues to challenge us, and hence this unusual way of meeting for our AGM this year. Lord willing, next year we will be back to having a normal AGM—in our renovated hall! Until then, we persevere in faith, in mutual support, and in mission.
